The Cutting It Straight Expository Preaching Conference held on the campus of the Shiloh Church in Jacksonville, FL. had a great ending! We enjoyed wonderful breakout sessions throughout the day.

My father in the ministry (who just recently retired from faithfully pastoring the Mt. Moriah Church in Los Angeles for 42 years) Melvin Wade preached the general session.

We were encouraged by Pastor Moise Napon who joined us all the way from Burkina, West Africa! He shared how he came to be encouraged and strengthened in his teaching and preaching of the infallible word of God so that he can insure that he “Cuts It Straight” for his church and their affiliate churches as well. We were all encouraged that he felt this was important enough to his ministry to board a flight from West Africa to London (with a 10-hour layover in London) board another plane to New York and still another to Jacksonville, Florida!

We ended the night with a powerful word from Herb Reavis,  who shared with us from Ephesians 5:25, I closed the night out after that.

I pray that each of our attendees was richly blessed and that they left encouraged and inspired to “Cut It Straight”. We look forward to planning for Cutting It Straight 2018 here in Jacksonville
